Tattoo Artist Starter Bundle

Soap - Was advertised to me by a vendor at a convention as a replacement for green soap and I was told to wrap it place it on my set up and use throughout the session with distilled water. Due to the design of the bottle, that's not feasible without risking cross contamination or making the bottle difficult/almost impossible to use. That aside the soap itself is great for prep/shaving, softens the skin nicely, and my stencils have been lasting longer. It was also pretty nice for wiping down at the end, especially for color, but I definitely would not try to use this through the tattooing process again. It was nightmare fuel.

Glide - Essentially what is advertised. More oily and softer than hustle butter, but not bad, went on smooth and did a good job of protecting the stencil. Like most Petroleum free glides it does melt at body temp and run off your glove if you are a someone that keeps glide there. Smells nice, but does have fragrance if that's something you like to avoid. I definitely have a few other glides that do better at calming irritation and redness, but if you're just making the swap from vaseline, it won't be anything you are unused to.

I'd definitely be interested in a concentrated version of the soap that I could use to fill a standard squeeze bottle to try it instead of my current jet black/green soap. But until then IT WILL NOT REPLACE YOUR SQUEEZE BOTTLE.
